What is the main difference between the SX-8 series and the DF series Kerckhaert shoes?
The SX-8 series are punched for city or slim blade nails, the DF are punched for E-heads. The SX-8 is available unclipped or clipped with fronts having side clips and hinds side clips. The DF shoes only come clipped and you can get fronts with toe clips or side clips, hinds with side clips only. While the most popular choices of SX-8 and DF shoes are similar in steel size (8mm) the DF are also available in some options for 10mm thickness.
