Layered cotton and sisal fibers. Used for blending surfaces prior to final sharpening and removing file markings. Use with Gray Compound. Dimensions: 6" diameter, 1/2" thick, 1/2" arbor hole, 1/4" spiral sewn. It is important to note the wheel must be used in combination with polishing compounds.
