There have been a number of questions from individuals who were not aware of the proper mounting of tips on the Vettec 210 cartridges. - 1. Cartridge just out of package. Green plug is secured by the locking collar.

- 2. Twist the locking collar a quarter turn to remove the green plug. It’s best to keep the cartridge upright during the tip application process.

- 3. The tip is “indexed so it only fits on the cartridge one way. Don’t try to force it if you don’t have it in the right position. Place the tip on the cartridge.

- 4. Now slide the locking collar over the tip and twist a quarter turn to lock the tip on.

- 5. Locking collar on, tip on and product is now ready to go in the dispenser and be applied.

- 6. After finishing application, remove the tip and put the green plug back on the cartridge. It is also indexed and only fits one way. This keeps the ports from being cross contaminated and causing any problems for your next application.
7. Put the locking collar on – twist a quarter turn and the cartridge can now be stored without any risk of leaking.
